If you're looking for a fun family holiday, our S-Pods offer a unique alternative to the caravan!

Sleeping 4, there is a main bedroom accommodating a double bed and Smart TV, with twin beds available on a mezzanine area, an ideal secret space for the kids! A modern bathroom includes a large shower, and the hall offers secret storage for all your belongings! The open plan living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, and 'L' shaped sofa and Smart TV. Outside there is large decked area with furniture to enjoy the summer sun!

Please note: A set of steep steps gain access to the mezzanine area, please be aware young children may need supervising.

Please be aware we do not currently accept dogs in our glamping pods.

ALL S-PODs MAY BE OCCUPIED BETWEEN 3.00PM AND 6.00PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, UNLESS ALTERNATIVE TIMES HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED, AND VACATED BEFORE 10.00AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

THE S-PODS ARE EQUIPPED WITH MOST HOUSEHOLD ITEMS INCLUDING BED LINEN, DUVETS AND BLANKETS. GUESTS MUST HOWEVER BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS except for the ranch cottage where towels and tea towels are provided.

Facilities

Swimming Pool - This facility is only for people staying at the Ranch Caravan Park and must be pre-booked. Open from the end of May to the end of August. 

 TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• Bookings for the S-Pod are accepted on receipt of £100.00 deposit (Non refundable) per week when booked.
• The balance must be paid 28 days before arrival date.
• S-Pod charges include gas, electricity and VAT.
• No refund will be given if booking is cancelled 5 days before arrival date.
• Charges are inclusive of Club Membership fee in respect of the licensed Club on the Park, and free use of the swimming pool when open. The gym and sauna are available at additional cost.
• Please note: Some facilities are restricted outside high season. Swimming Pool available Spring Bank Holiday to August Bank Holiday weather permitting.
• No commerical vehicles.
• Maximum of 4 people per S-Pod.
• Electric cars must only be charged at the designated charging points.
• Quad bikes, trials bikes and powered scooters (including e-scooters) are not permitted on park.
• Gazebos allowed by special arrangement only.
• Drones are not allowed on park.
• Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted.
• Children must be properly supervised at all times.
• The company reserves the right to refuse any booking or terminate stay in the interest of other residents or guests.
• We hope you will be able to have your requested holiday home but due to unforeseen circumstances we may have to allocate a different holiday home of the same type. 
• If you are not happy about the service you receive from us please contact our manager and we try to resolve your concerns.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
